President of French National Assembly Claude Bartolone said on Wednesday that his visit to Tehran indicates fresh round of cooperation between Iran and France in light of nuclear agreement.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Larijani, Bartolone discuss terrorism, bilateral ties<\/strong><\/p>\n Iran\u2019s Parliament speaker has received President of French National Assembly before a joint press conference on Tuesday.<\/p>\n Mr. Claude Bartolone arrived in Tehran Monday night to discuss with Iranian officials the ongoing crisis in the region as well as bilateral relations. His first host was Mr. Ali Larijani, Parliament Speaker who met him before they held a joint press conference Tuesday morning. \u201cIranian and French Parliament have enjoyed good relations and Mr. Bartolone\u2019s visit will be a turning point in further improvement of inter-parliamentary relations; economy provided an important topic on today\u2019s meeting with crisis and terrorism in the region coming the second on the agenda,\u201d Mr. Larijani told the press. \u201cWe were unanimous in some of the issues in bringing solutions to perennial crisis in Syria, Iraq, and Lebanon; we hope Mr. Bartolone\u2019s visit will be successful.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cEasing banking restrictions, JCPOA, and French private sector\u2019s participation in Iran\u2019s economic projects also discussed,\u201d he added.
