Iranian female Paralympics shooter Sareh Javanmardi who won gold medal in 2016 Rio Paralympic Games, has been selected by International Paralympic Committee (IPC) as the best female athlete in September.
According to IPC, Sareh Javanmardi who won gold medal in 10-meter air pistol is the 1st woman to win gold medal in Iran’s history in this field.
Javanmardi snatched bronze medal in London Paralympics and then bagged her second gold medal in 2016 Rio Paralympics Games.
She competed with 5 other athletes from Nigeria, US, New Zealand, Italy and China to get the best athlete title.
